Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Suko mobile application ("Suko," "the App," "we," "us," or "our"). Suko is operated by SUKO Labs. By creating an account or using Suko, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Who Can Use Suko
1.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 13 years old to use Suko (16 in Australia). If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has consented to your use of Suko and has reviewed these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may ask you to verify your age or parental consent, and we may suspend accounts we reasonably believe do not meet these requirements.
1.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
1.3 One Account Per Person. You may only create one account. Creating multiple accounts to evade suspension, bans, or these Terms is strictly prohibited.
2. What Suko Is
Suko is a social expression app. It lets you take a selfie to generate a personalised avatar, then use that avatar to create visual messages called "Shots." Shots can be shared with friends, sent anonymously via Anonymous Shot, and viewed through your ShotBook. Suko is designed for personal, non-commercial use only unless expressly agreed otherwise with us.
3. Your Content
3.1 Content You Create. You retain ownership of original content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Suko a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, display, and process it solely to operate and improve the App.
3.2 Generated Content. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use AI-generated outputs for personal sharing. Commercial use requires our written permission.
3.3 Your Responsibility. You must not submit content that violates our Community Guidelines, infringes rights, is defamatory, threatening, obscene, unlawful, or includes another person's personal information without consent.
3.4 Content Removal. We may remove content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, at our discretion, without prior notice.
4. Your Avatar and Selfie
Your selfie is sent to OpenAI to analyse and create your avatar, then deleted immediately. See our Privacy Policy for details. Your avatar is an artistic representation and may not precisely resemble you.
5. Anonymous Shot
Your identity is hidden from the recipient, but Suko retains sender records internally for safety and legal compliance. Misuse, including threatening or harmful anonymous Shots, may result in permanent bans.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Suko unlawfully; access or disrupt systems; reverse engineer the App; scrape data; use bots; sell or commercially exploit your account; or misuse Find friends or upload contacts without permission.
7. Intellectual Property
The Suko name, logo, design, technology, and original content are owned by Suko. Feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation.
8. Third-Party Services
Suko may use third-party cloud and AI services. We are not responsible for their practices, content, or availability.
9. Disclaimers
Suko is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, secure service or accurate AI-generated content.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suko and its founder, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the prior twelve months or ₹500, whichever is lower.
11. Termination
You may delete your account through App settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk. We may retain data required by law or for safety purposes.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and notify you of significant changes. Continued use means acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indian law and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, India.
